Shipping and returns policy

Shipping

The delivery time for shipments in the Iberian Peninsula will be a maximum of 30 calendar days.

The moment the order leaves the Studio, I send you an email with all the information so you can track it.

I prepare orders from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and once payment has been confirmed. If I receive your purchase outside of these hours or on a Sunday or holiday, I will organize it so that it is ready the next business day.

In the case of the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, please write to: hola@apezdeapezteguia.com

For shipments abroad write to hola@apezdeapezteguia.com. Shipments to a country outside the European Union do not include tariffs or customs fees. These expenses will be paid by the recipient in the destination country.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Non-personalized products

If for any reason the order you have received does not meet your expectations, I will be happy to help you.

Once you receive the order, you will have 15 calendar days to make the return or exchange. For both cases write to hola@apezdeapezteguia.com.

For both the return and the exchange, you can send it in the way you prefer since the management and costs are your responsibility. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. I reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Changes

Once you have the item here, I personally manage the change. In the case of a size or color change, APEZ will cover the costs of the second shipment.

Returns

Once it has been verified that the model is in perfect condition, APEZ will proceed to refund the 100% of the price paid within a period of 10 working days from receipt of the model.

If the return is a consequence of an error in preparation or if it is due to the product having arrived in poor condition, the shipping costs for said return will be borne by APEZ.

Custom products

Returns or refunds of any PERSONALIZED item will not be accepted (unless it has arrived defective), understood as any item that has undergone any aesthetic variation either in color, in fittings (buttons, zippers, brooches...) or even in measurements regarding of the article shown on the website.
