APEZ works like a normal online store with the difference that there are no productions here.
Everything is made to order already on low heat so I need a few days to have your garment ready (30 calendar days).
In addition to the items you see on the web and that you can buy with a click, my strength is PERSONALIZATION. And if you want to change any detail of the garment, adapt the color or even write a secret message on the labels, I invite you to write to me at hola@apezdeapezteguia.com or better yet, let us make an appointment to make the garment completely yours.
For me, the most magical part of the process is creating the garment with you. If you are lucky enough to live in Madrid, the first thing you have to do is set your schedule to come to the studio. I have the entire sample book here and it is the best option to try everything on and get a better idea.
Once you have decided on the model you want to make, the most creative and personal part begins, which is the selection of materials. That's when we get to make a completely yours and unique garment.
Once all the fabrics have been selected, it is time to let the workshop work and give it its time. In about 15 or 20 days the garment will be ready to try on. If any rectification is necessary, we would adjust it so that the garment fits perfectly.
If you don't live in Madrid (or it's far away) don't worry. In these cases we send a sample of fabrics, taking into account your needs and tastes, which allow you to touch and, above all, get the idea of the result. When we make garments remotely we know that having a Constant comunication It is the most important thing. I accompany you and advise you throughout the process and the results we have had have always been surprising.
At APEZ we are specialized in winter clothes. We don't make collections but rather individual garments that we add to the family, so when we like an idea, we develop it and test it. Once we make it known, it can be customized as each person wants.
But what happens if you don't find exactly what you want? At APEZ we also have our custom order line, So if nothing convinces you, we can do something exclusively for you. From coats to guest and even bridal dresses. In this case, we start from scratch and create a garment just for you.
The garments are made on request So as soon as a new order comes in, I get to work to be able to deliver it as soon as possible. The time I have established for its preparation and shipping is 20 calendar days But if the workshop clears up and I can deliver it sooner, don't doubt that I will do so.
One of our strengths is customer satisfaction. It must be taken into account that at APEZ we work so closely with the client and communication is so fluid that to date we have not had any complaints. However, as we know that there is always a first time for everything, we are sure that by talking and making the appropriate corrections we can reach a successful conclusion.
At APEZ we are aware of the impact that fashion has on the environment and we think it is important
reduce it as much as possible. When consuming at APEZ you should know that the 90% in our fabrics comes from surplus stock of big brands (because there is no fabric that pollutes less than that which is already created) and we also try to ensure that these fabrics contain a high percentage of natural fibers. The most predominant components in our coats are cotton and wool.
